I would like to thank you all for your business over the past few years. I met many wonderful people as customers of Cyber Exchange and MPH, and our moderate success, while limited, was due in large part to your "word of mouth" advertising as much as it was to anything else. I had been in retail for many years, and the customer loyalty I saw from so many of you was it's own reward on a daily basis.

 If you purchased a new system from MPH between April of 1999 and April of 2002, then you were still under our 3 year parts and labor warranty. Before you get too angry or depressed, click here.

If you had an upgrade done in 2001, then you had a one year parts and labor warranty. In that case, you should click here too. 

If you had an installation or you had repair work, software work, Windows reinstallations etc. then I believe you got good service at a fair price. None of that would be warranty anyway, but you could also click here so you can see where I'm going.

If you are now stuck looking for a computer store to meet your needs, after learning to rely heavily on us, then it's you I feel the worst about. I have written articles for the past four years every month teaching you all how to use your computers. If you've read them, then you probably have outgrown us anyway. There are cheaper places to buy your hardware on every block in Oregon!

I would suggest that one of these three businesses can meet your needs under most circumstances...
